Tetsuya Komuro Makes a Cameo Appearance in "Ya Boy Kongming!"

Musician Tetsuya Komuro will make a cameo appearance as himself in the upcoming film "Ya Boy Kongming! THE MOVIE," based on the original work by Yuto Yotsuba and Ryo Ogawa.
This was announced on Thursday on the official website for "Ya Boy Kongming! THE MOVIE," the live-action film adaptation of the manga "Ya Boy Kongming!" (Paripi Kōmei) by Yuto Yotsuba and Ryō Ogawa.

The film, starring Osamu Mukai in the lead role, will be released nationwide in Japanese cinemas tomorrow, April 25th.
[media]0[/media]The plot is set within the fictional "Music Battle Awards 2025," the largest music festival to date, where Japan's three leading music labels compete for the top spot in the music scene.
In addition to Komuro, artists such as &TEAM and Takayuki Iwata will also appear as themselves. Mamoru Miyano will take on the role of the host "MC Mamo." Komuro will appear in the film as a VIP guest officially invited to the Music Battle Awards 2025.
“Ya Boy Kongming!” Plot Summary
Throughout his life, General Kongming fought for the Three Kingdoms. He made a name for himself in countless battles, until his reputation as a brilliant strategist became known throughout the land.
