This episode of Shangri-La Frontier was all about the laughs! The story didn't move forward much, but it didn't matter – the comedy was spot-on.

Humor Takes Center Stage

Psyger's over-the-top reactions and the training montage in the second half were particularly hilarious. For some reason, I initially thought Psyger and Sunraku had known each other from before – no idea why.

Psyger's reactions are cartoonishly exaggerated, and the training montage in the second half had me cracking up. By the way, I initially thought Psyger and Sunraku were old friends. Weird, right?

Psyger stalks Sunraku like a fan club on energy drinks. She barely knows him, but she chases after him like a lovesick schoolgirl.

Her fantasies, in which she romanticizes Sunraku's zero-effort attitude, are completely hilarious – but also seriously weird. Looks like that's going to be her running gag in the series.

The second part focuses on training: Sunraku has talent, but he can't compete with players who have hundreds of hours of experience. Skill alone isn't enough when your opponents can easily crush you.

Classic Training Arc and Lingering Questions

I would have liked to see more of the awesomely animated fights during the training, but the montage still rocked. Sure, Sunraku only levels up twice – but he fights like a maniac! Almost like he's wearing a 20-pound weight vest while gaming. It's his weak items that are to blame.

At the end of the episode, Sunraku receives a mysterious message from Arthur. They're supposed to meet in another game – important talk. But what's it about? No clue. Especially since Arthur is a completely unlikeable guy.

And still no idea why the rabbits are so interested in Sunraku. Is it just because of the fight with the Mythical Beasts? The series is still fun, but we're slowly going in circles.
