Tsuyokute New Saga Anime Reveals July Premiere, More Cast, New Staff in First Promo Video

The "Tsuyokute New Saga" anime has revealed its July premiere, additional cast members, and new staff in its first promotional video. New Saga Plus, a play on the Japanese term for replay mode, is used in the title.

The video confirms the anime's premiere in July on Tokyo MX and ABC channels.
The newly announced cast members are:
Kaori Maeda as Milena
Hiroki Yasumoto as Zentos
Riho Sugiyama as Miranda
Rie Hikisaka as Gō
Tetsu Inada as Gazas
Plot
The "Strongest New Saga" anime series, based on the novel by Abe Masayuki, follows the protagonist Kyle as he defeats the Demon King with his last strength, only to be sent back four years into the past. Having lost what was irreplaceable to him, Kyle must now challenge his second life with the memories and experiences of his previous life to prevent the tragedy from repeating itself. Kyle is played by Yuma Uchida, and the TV anime was originally scheduled to air in July 2023 but was postponed. The key visual and PV feature Kyle, Seran, Lise, and the others.
Milena is a princess of the Zilgus Kingdom who dies at the age of 16 in Kyle's previous life. She is flawlessly beautiful and elegant. Zentos is the captain of the 2nd Royal Guard in the Zilgus Kingdom. Kyle fought alongside him in a previous life. Miranda is a diplomat working as an ambassador in the Zilgus Kingdom. Gough is a magical engineer working on the production of self-sufficient magical weapons, and the dwarf Gazas is a skilled blacksmith.
Director and Cast
Naoki Mizusawa is now directing at Sotsu x Studio Clutch, working with STUDIO MASSKET for animation production. He replaces the previously announced director Norikazu Ishigooka and animation studios Makaria and Yokohama.
Kenta Ihara (Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious, Full Dive, Saga of Tanya the Evil, Uncle From Another World) remains in charge of the series' scripts, Nilitsu (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, The Executioner and Her Way of Life) is still designing the original animation character designs, and Atsushi Asahi (name romanization not confirmed) is still in charge of character designs. Shachō (SOIL&"PIMP ‚SESSIONS) and Hironori Anazawa (Birdie Wing -Golf Girls‘ Story-, Scarlet Nexus) continue to compose the music.

Abe began serializing the original story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2012 before moving it to AlphaPolis in 2013, where he continued to write it. In September 2016, Abe deleted the original story from Shōsetsuka ni Narō. AlphaPolis published the first printed volume of the story with illustrations by Ryūta Fuse in April 2013. The 10th novel volume was released in July 2018.
Jun Miura began the manga adaptation in AlphaPolis in February 2014, which ended in July 2023. The 10th compiled volume was then released in October 2022. AlphaPolis' Alpha Manga Service releases the manga in English under the title New Saga. AlphaPolis recently announced that the manga will have its 11th and final volume and will announce the publication date as soon as it is finalized.
