The wicked Third Eye was first mentioned by Gomah in the first episode. He wants to use the Dragon Balls to obtain the object. But instead, he turned Goku and his friends into children because he's afraid they'll surpass him. This rendered the Dragon Balls useless, as Dende is now a baby.

Gomah now regrets this decision, as Goku and his friends have entered the Demon Realm. He would have preferred to wish for the wicked Third Eye first, so he could have become even more powerful. Although, that person probably doesn't even know what they actually hold in their hands.

In episode 9 of Daima, it's finally revealed that Hybis wears a "living eye" on his belt buckle. Bulma is immediately disgusted by the eyeball and its constant movements. But Hybis thinks it's cool. He says he found it on the ground in the mountains and attached it to his belt buckle. He finds it interesting. Hybis believes the eye is alive because it's part of a zombie. But what if that's not true at all? What if it's actually the Wicked Third Eye?
