Cowardly Nintendo Streamer Plays Hide-and-Seek From Nintendo

You won't believe this story! A grown man, 38 years old, is holed up in his place. He's been illegally streaming Nintendo games online and now he's playing the victim and hiding! Just like a spoiled kid who got caught and is hiding under the covers!
What Happened?
YouTube star Jesse Keighin (38), also known as "EveryGameGuru," has infuriated the mega-corporation Nintendo! A self-proclaimed gaming guru who apparently doesn't know the difference between bravery and recklessness! But now that the bill is coming due, he's gone quiet as a mouse!
He repeatedly streamed gameplay footage of unreleased Nintendo games that weren't even on the market yet. Now he's facing a lawsuit from Nintendo of America.
The problem for Nintendo is that they can't seem to serve him with the court documents.
Nintendo's Lawsuit
Nintendo filed a lawsuit against the streamer in early November in U.S. District Court. The company claims that Keighin's repeated streaming of unreleased software on YouTube and Twitch has harmed Nintendo and encouraged software piracy.
A month later, Nintendo is having trouble even confronting the man with the lawsuit. Every attempt by Nintendo to serve Keighin directly has failed. New court documents from December 13 show that there have been five unsuccessful personal service attempts in the last month.
Five times Nintendo's lawyers have stood in front of various doors behind which our gaming hero might be hiding. And what is he doing? He's playing ninja and has suddenly become invisible!
Whether he's unemployed or working from home in his "home office," no one knows for sure. But one thing is certain: he definitely has a talent for running away! That's why Nintendo doesn't know any other work address to which the documents could be sent.
Streamer Threatens Bankruptcy
Nintendo even wants to involve his family! The lawyers want to serve the court papers to his mother or even his grandmother! That's why Nintendo has asked the court for permission to serve the legal documents to Keighin's close relatives.

"Ha ha, you can't catch me!" he boasts online like a schoolyard bully. His brilliant strategy against the multi-million dollar lawsuit? "I'll just go bankrupt!" - Incredibly mature, right? Our readers are probably wondering: Does this guy have all his screws loose?
Imagine it's Christmas Eve, the cookies are fragrant, the tree is lit, and suddenly there's a knock at the door. But instead of Santa Claus, it's a process server at Grandma's door! Because Nintendo has the brilliant idea of simply sending the court documents to the family. A Christmas present of a special kind!
So the poor grandmother, who is probably in the middle of baking her famous cinnamon stars, is now supposed to accept the legal consequences for her adult grandson. Mom is also on the service list. One can vividly imagine how thrilled the family will be with this "surprise visit"!

Keighin has publicly confirmed that he is aware of the lawsuit. He even spoke about it with a local news reporter from 9NEWS. After that, he started deleting many of his relevant online posts. I think the ground is getting a little too thin for him.
Conclusion
Nintendo is sitting pretty with all the leverage and has collected more evidence than Mario has coins. It's only a matter of time before our gaming guru has to crawl out of his hiding place. The question isn't if, but when and how embarrassing it will be.
Will Grandma be surprised by process servers while baking cookies? Will the family find the papers under the Christmas tree? Or will our hero finally leave his hiding place and take responsibility?
Stay tuned, because this story is more exciting than any video game!
